"Staying at Serena for the 2nd time - Pakistani hospitality at its finest! They go above and beyond with everything they do, from the complimentary airport/bus terminal pickup to the warm reception (greetings & welcome drinks), to the ambiance /architecture (simple yet classy), the food and the facilities - everything is top notch. Lastly, icing on the cake is that they gladly extended my stay for a couple of hours! Will definitely stay here again another time."

"The buffet breakfast was perfect, staff were very friendly and helpful and the shuttle service made the trip easy to manage. We even got a chauffeur driven car hire to take us around. "

"Nice , clean hotel, food verity was good. Only one problem. Room air conditioner were not working properly in both rooms. Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. "

"Good location for my business activities, not so good for tourism. Low bed not great for older person. Difficulties arise when things go wrong. Lack of a substantial reception meant recovering lost baggage from airport that much more difficult. Good when things go right, but not the support you need when things go wrong."
