"House help staff was very helpful. Could have done with more choices for breakfast. Roof top is to die for. Although the restaurant is a bit pricey, it was worth it."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Aquila D Hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. As I arrived before check-in time, they kindly offered to store my luggage while I explored the city, which I really appreciated. They were also very responsive to any questions or requests I had throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and homely, with a TV and all the essential amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated that the room was cleaned daily, and the shower had consistently warm water. Breakfast was good too, making for a great start to the day. The hotel is also ideally located right in the heart of Durrës, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would happily recommend Aquila D Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with friendly, helpful staff and a great location."

The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. I truly appreciated the hospitality and the attention given to guests. "The staff were excellent and the bed and shower were great. I had a minor issue with the room kettle that was sorted asap and the night receptionist was brilliant when we had to leave suddenly in the middle of the night due to a medical emergency back in the UK. The rooftop pool and bar were good with spectacular views. The breakfast was plentiful, though some of it wasn't kept very warm. I recommend the pooltop bar food for lunch, dinner and cocktails. I really enjoyed the dedicated beach area though the waves were a bit too powerful for me (might be the time of year)."
