"We were pleasantly surprised to find that the cottage was located in a private, fenced in space. Parking in a lot was a perk, especially so close to downtown. The apartment itself was basic, with plenty of room. It was perfect for my dog. The owner was communicative, neighbors were quiet, and overall the property felt very safe. "

"This was a very nice little cabin, centrally located to all things in the Colorado Springs area. The hosts are very nice. If you are using this place as we did as a place to come and go it is great. If you plan to use it to hang out and watch t.v. this would not be ideal. Hosts are super nice and the hot tub was nice and clean. We never did get a chance to use the fire pit but it is a nice area. "A really lovely part of the Springs in a very nice neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle but still very close to all of the attractions - Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods etc. The home is large and modern and nicely decorated.
