"Because of airplane delay I asked the manager to change my reservation into the next day, he accepted it. This hotel is located at the city center and it is very convenient to have dinner around. Across the street, there is a bus station in which we can go to the south station and wr can get on the express bus. Also breakfast is served."

"This hotel is incredible! Really amazing stay in luxury hotel with the biggest and best equiped gym I have ever seen. Also the 50m pool is incredible. Of course all luxury and service you expect from Hyatt is there including great food and drinks. Highly recommend this place and I will stay there during my next visits in Lanzhou. "
