Hotels with Air Conditioning in Gibraltar

"For a 4* hotel there was a lack of tea,coffee water in the room ... Not frequently replenished ... I felt awful having to ask at reception for coffee to take to my room .. I ordered room service ( breakfast) not received what was ordered although staff were there straight away to sort it , it arrived to our room cold. The room was clean and comfortable We asked to be moved to another room , the staff were so accommodating. Thank you Having said that, it's twice I have stayed there. It hasn't put me off returning. Thank you for a lovely stay "
