"This is a great funky old apartment attached to a larger main house (which was unoccupied during our stay). Unfortunately the water heater has corroded through and the water from the taps is murky orange and reeks of hydrogen sulfide. A new water heater and a proper cleaning would make this a much better destination."

The property is lakefront, close to a couple of restaurants, beds we're comfortable and clean, and is in a very quiet area. On the downside, the house looks tired, needs a significant update (carpets were worn and dirty), and the price per night is quite steep (when you include all of the fees).
