So many things are worn down, in bad shape and falling apart. There’s also a strong damp smell in the rooms and suites because I had to change rooms. Some of the staff was also disrespectful. "

"One of the finest and wonderful and contemporary hotel we ever stayed in all aspects. Hotel features modern and brand new look, modern and elegant furnishing and very neat and clean amenities. Room décor, bed and everything was quality and perfect and bath room was amazing. Staff was extremely helpful and co-operative and the words like no or not possible was not in their dictionary. Concierge staff went out of the way to help us on our very 1st day on this new land for us, China and especially when we don't know a single word of Chinese language. Sorry I forgot the names of boys who really helped us a lot for almost every thing we asked whether about getting around, dining outside, about city and much more."
