"The views from the house over the bay are stunning. The close access to Paimpol harbour, 15 minute walk, so convenient, no need to drive. Paimpol is a great location, harbour, good restaurants, friendly staff. A great holiday location and property if you have a dog. The beach is 5 minutes away and lifeguard present for bathing."

"Excellent renovation, modern, spacious, light, airy and very clean. The property would be ideal for families as has a large garden and lots of equipment for children. Yvias is a quiet village with a small bar from which bread and pizza can be ordered the day before. Supermarkets can be found at Paimpol which is approximately a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to others. Herve the owner was easy to contact and very helpful."

La cuisine est super sympa et le cachet de la maison ancienne est agréable à y séjourner. Nous recommandons la maison de Catherine sans hésiter, la vue sur la mer de toutes es pièces va nous manquer!Petit plus très apprécié, à notre arrivée un beau bouquet d'hortensias rose et d'autres belles surprises! merci Catherine!"
