Top Harku Parish Hotel Reviews

Meriton Old Town Garden Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Pros: The staff is very helpful and friendly! Hotel is right in the heart of Old Town and everything is within 10 mins walk. Rooms had good noise control. I could not hear anything from room next door. Breakfast had a great selection. Cons: Rooms can get warm due to poor air circulation, but those issues are expected from a historical building. They provided a fan as soon as I asked. People with mobility should make sure they get a room with lift access. I had to walk up stairs to get to my room, but that was no problem for me."

Swissotel Tallinn
10/10 Excellent
"This is a beautiful hotel, with a lovely room and delicious breakfast. Modern, new and clean. Friendly staff."

Nunne Boutique Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Room was very clean and the shower was great. The bathroom sink area was tight but manageable. Breakfast was wonderful. They allowed you to refill your water throughout the day. Location was great. Would stay again."

Original Sokos Hotel Viru
8/10 Good
"I recently stayed at Original Sokos Hotel Viru and overall had a pleasant stay. The hotel is well located, the room was comfortable, and the staff I interacted with were generally friendly. However, the check-in experience left a sour taste. I arrived at approximately 1:15 p.m. and was told that my room was already ready. Despite the room being available, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional €15 to access it before the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time. Rather than pay the fee, I waited in the lobby with my wife, a 3-year-old child, a 6-month-old infant, and our luggage. At approximately 2:00 p.m., I approached the desk again and a different employee checked us in immediately at no charge. This made the policy feel arbitrary and inconsistent. If a room is ready and available, especially for a family travelling with young children, charging an extra fee simply to access an already-prepared room creates a poor first impression. The fact that I was later checked in for free only added to the confusion. I understand hotels have published check-in times, but when a room is sitting ready and vacant, a more customer-focused approach would go a long way. Overall, a good hotel, but the handling of the early check-in situation was disappointing and unnecessary."

Nordic Hotel Forum
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel in walkable distance to the old historic city. Plenty of restaurants and sightseeing close by."

Novotel Tallinn
6/10 Okay
"This is a brand new hotel and thus has some technical issues (primarily air conditioning) that have yet to be ironed out. Despite the staff being as helpful as they possibly could be in facilitating a comfortable stay for us, we decided to relocate to another hotel. We were provided a full refund for our stay. This looks to be an issue with Novotel deciding to open the hotel prematurely and we have provided this feedback Novotel directly."
