The original reservation was canceled by the host the day we were supposed to check in, while we were already traveling from Florida to North Carolina. We were placed in a replacement property that was completely unfit for guests.The home had serious electrical issues, including lights and outlets that didn’t work. "Property was spacious, well appointed , very clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants , unique park and other attractions. "

"The host, Wade, was pushy as to when we’d arrive and demanded to know. We didn’t have a plan so it felt intrusive. When we arrived, the house was NOT as it looks in these pictures. There were two cockroaches by the kitchen, fitted sheets loosely thrown over the couches, bedrooms with junk randomly placed, and it looked like a 3-year old made the beds. Wade promised a refund, but NEVER did. We got a hotel and it was worth every penny. This place is not fit for rental. I’d post pics if it let me....

Moving day

"Moving weekend, needed a place to stay for 5 people, cats and dogs. Friendly as ever, clean as ever, and comfortable as ever. I never traveled with pets like this and the hotel made it soooo much easier. Not the first stay at a Tru, and wont be my last"
