"This place is a hidden gem! Driving up, I immediately felt like I was entering a little oasis; the building was so inviting and the interior common areas and my room were so well decorated and furnished. I had excellent communication with the owners about how to access my room and the lodge and where to find things. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had while traveling, and all of the amenities were outstanding! I really appreciated the restaurant recommendations. I lucked out and it was ribeye night at the Long Branch Roadhouse… amazing meal! I'm tempted to find a reason to come back, even without a work trip, just so I can stay here again! "

"HH is really charming. Nice roadside motel, Texas-style! Homey feel with rocking chairs on front porch by each room. Good home-cooking restaurant next door, and fun bar/restaurant in walking distance. Nice staff. Love, would stay again."

"The property has a retro motor court feel to it from the outside. Check-in went smoothly and the room was EXCEPTIONALLY clean and the bed quite comfortable. I was a bit worried when making the reservation as it was a small town with few options, but I’d highly recommend this motel based on cleanliness and comfort!"
