"Before the arrival date but after I was fully charge on my credit card for the reservation I was contacted by the owner saying that the apartment had been booked in two different playaforms by mistake that the other persons had done it a couple of hours before me and that I needed to cancel the reservation, that if I apply and cancel the refund was going to be faster, so I naively did it. We arrived and the room was 85 degrees at least, and were told it will cool down in a while, was probably 3-4 hours. There were no bath towels, then they gave us 4 full-size towels.
