" No staff available from early evening. Tried to cancel online booking. Security guard on duty unable to help. Staff next a.m. said it had to be done through website. Enlisted Expedia help but no response for 5 days. "

"Stayed here overnight on a road trip, so I unfortunately lost the time to get to know Neiva. The hotel is located right in the centro and seems to be surrounded by many points of interest and restaurants. I arrived late, around 9 PM and the entrance was secure, the desk attendant was attentive and followed great safety protocols and was helpful. Good experience even for a limited stay. The bed/room was quite comfortable, too."
