"We stayed at the hotel for 11 days over 2 separate bookings. The hotel in general is a good place to stay. The ground maintenance staff/ house keeping and a couple of the reception workers were kind and welcoming and always smiling. There were a few reception workers who were not so welcoming and rude. 1st booking - the room we booked was not available so the hotel provided an upgrade. Unfortunatley even though they said it was an upgrade, they locked 1 of the rooms and another area. When we...

"The hotel location was very good closer to the railway station, food is excellent with very tasty traditional food, staff very helpful and friendly,however the room I was given was not that good, air conditioner was not working also mininal facilities hence disappointed"
