"First time in Jamaica. We will be back! The hotel was amazing. Staff was super efficient. We’re not big drinkers, but what we had was great. Love the juice machine in the 24 hour snack bar. Very staff member was always busy and always smiling! Food was great. The only fail was the steakhouse but I kind of expected that from other reviews. "

"The employees that work the bar areas were not friendly like the RIU in Cabo. There were a few great ones, Archer being the stand out! They others you could barely get their attention or they never said a work. Their tips could’ve been so much higher if they just would’ve had a little more personality. Other than that, the resort was a phenomenal."

"You cannot beat the location here! Five minutes from the airport and beautiful sea views. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the grounds are beautiful. Old world charm and elegance in the dining and entry way. Great show on Saturday night poolside. Overall loved our stay here and would return in a heartbeat!"
