"The services are good although the hotel is situated in a different province completely away from Phnom Penh. This can be costly if you intend to go shopping or buy essential goods needed for your stay. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and staff friendly and able to assist whenever needed."

"The apartment was very spacious, we stayed for 15 nights and were very comfortable. The two bedrooms were very nice and the beds very comfy. "A lovely hotel about $3 tuk tuk from city centre. Roof garden and pool amazing while the staff helpful and courteous. Breakfast served next door is spot on but having an apartment meant we could do washing, use the fridge etc Definitely recommend. "

Staff not very competent, eventually had to get hotels.com to contact manager to get moved. Property is okay, good location, but really nothing special. Pool area is not so great. Cons: Small ants around kitchen trash area and bathroom. AC not cold in bedroom. Shower head holder loose causing water to leak onto floor if it hits the tub. WiFi router stopped working, but staff replaced it right away. "

Although the place itself is perfect, the area around the place has little to do and is not convenient for walking or just going outside. The hot water cooker did not work. People at the front deskwerevety nice, but didnt know much about the room. There was nowhere to walk to to get food. The area around the hotel is very poor"
