"As an Expedia Platinum member and a frequent traveler, although I have enjoyed my time in the Villa, I am incredibly disappointed with the misleading information provided in Expedia by the San Giorgio Villa.
-No Daily Housekeeping: I was assured by the Villa, throughout Expedia, that daily housekeeping was provided, but this service was simply never delivered during my stay.
The mentioned issue was brought to the staff's attention in a timely manner without a satisfactory answer/solution.
Goodwill and kind gestures, while necessary, are not enough to solve a misleading information related to the service provided.
