"Nice staff, big room."

"We booked the hotel through Wotif and went to the reception, but they kept asking whether we had made the payment. We sent the receipt along with the confirmation. However, we were given a room that was not clean—the TV didn’t work, and there was hair everywhere. About 30 minutes later, they came to our room again and asked us to send the receipt once more. We felt embarrassed, as if we hadn’t paid and were trying to stay for free. Not recommended at all. Please stay away."

"One of the worst hospitality service ever. Won't get a towel, bedsheet or toiletries. No cleanliness and smelly dusty rooms. No room service. Swimming pool with decayed leaves and house full of mosquitoes. Broken room locks and the bonus is you won't get water in toilet. Needless to say a poor management by owner and totally irresponsible behaviour. Please don't waste your money by looking at beautiful pics of the villa. Save your money for better stay. Even worst hotels will give better...

"This was a terrible experience and a scam! We had a confirmed booking 6 months in advance, but the host never sent access details. The host claimed he never received payment and wanted me to send him another payment to his account, or a receipt showing payment to his account. Well, that is not how it's supposed to work.
