"My daughter and I stayed at Balkaya Çiftliği for three nights. We had originally booked two, but we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay. The location is peaceful, surrounded by lovely hills, and the breakfasts are a real highlight with fresh local flavours. Coffee and tea are also available, which was a nice touch.
One thing to mention: I was told I could extend the third night at the same rate as my original booking, but the final bill reflected the higher standard price. It might...

"When we checked in there was no water for the first 2,5 hours, so we were not able to even use the toilet. This was not shared during the check in, at reception they don't know 1 word in English, they were not even trying to, on top of that they were rude as hell. Wifi was terrible. Breakfast was goos. "Hyggelig velkomst. Leiligheten var kald ved ankomst, men neste dag og påfølgende dag var det mer enn varmt nok. Det var ikke mulig å låse terrassedøra, noe som føltes utrygt. Mye støy fra omgivelsene, men heldigvis forholdsvis stille på den sida der soverommet var. Kjøkken, men ikke noe kjøkkenutstyr, bortsett fra vannkoker, to pappkopper og to rørepinner. Forventer de at gjestene har med seg sitt eget kjøkkenutstyr?"

"The hotel is ideally located on the centre of the town. The room was small, however, clean with a comfortable bed. The access door had been cut down in hight in relation to the sloping roof and I mean small. Their is no lifts to the upper floors. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was Turkish style and very good. The bathroom was of a good size with plenty of hot water.
