"Great stay at Toyoko Inn - there were shuttle bus from Kawaguchiko station to the hotel which was really convenient. Check in was smooth and the room was great too. Was able to see mt Fuji from my room too. Daily breakfast was delicious too - guests had 2 options (either Japanese or Western breakfast) to choose from. There were also some restaurants and convenient shops nearby. Overall would recommend a stay here!"

The front desk clerk Son, was very helpful with all the questions we asked, he gave us service with a smile and a loving heart. Made our visit feel very special.....Thanks! All the restaurants he recommended had top quality food. Son, is the personification of Omotenashi!"

"The view to the Mount Fuji from my room (331) was amazing! However, apart from that and helpful staff the hotel is quite run down. Breakfast was very poor, especially options for westerners."
