"Dylan was lovely so no concerns with the check in process and being looked after. However the room we were given was poor. Things we noticed, acknowledging there’s works outside (but not in the room were:
- Cracked balcony window.
- No remote control for the TV and thus only way to turn it off/on was at the wall.
- Cold shower.
- Grimy kitchen table.
- Random bowl of sugar lollies left on top of the fridge.
- Old food left in oven.
- Did not get the OneKeyReward referenced in the Expedia...

We also went away for a couple of days without having to worry about our belongings as the building is secure. "

I had book two days as my sisters and brothers from different state so we plan to gather as my parents want to meet them after few years unfortunately the property that we booked was terrible and make our holiday terrible.

"This property was very poorly appointed & maintained. It was not a "5 Star" clean nor did it have all that we expected for the description & price. The beds are truly awful. Low, very hard cheap mattresses, no mattress protectors or pillowtops. Really cold as just a sheet and thin quilt.
