"Awesome staff service I booked double bed family room but I think they had other options and offered connecting rooms for kids and staff Gushan had good knowledge about hotel and explained all our questions, room was clean amazing top 20 floor , breakfast was awesome and car parking in building was bonus . The location is very close to the shopping centre in Elizabeth St (David Jones and Myer), and restaurants at Burke St. Also has trams right in front of the hotel"
