WhereI have an issue is that it seems something this size has been built to accommodate international guests, and the staff's level of understanding and speaking English was quite poor. "Foreign traveller one night. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for laundry. I ended up just leaving my clothes there. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for breakfast. I ended up just telling him to skip it. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for airport shuttle bus. I just ended up just taking Gojek. When writer brought this up to front office manager he demanded the prices he wanted, argued in length with writer in the front lobby of the hotel in front of other patrons and his staff. Awful, stressful experience, will not be staying there again."
