Family Friendly Hotels in Latvia

"Great location direct connection to BER Airport and easy access to Old Spandau Centre. But could not call friends or receive calls from important relatives. We are tourists, 80 years old, that depend on such a service. Our Canadian roaming charges are extremely expensive so we had no telephone connections to the Berlin area. Not everyone has a German mobile phone."

I called the number posted on the door; they said they tried to contact me, but that’s a lie, obviously— I wouldn’t have shown up there if they had. The very rude woman tried to get me to stay in a nearby hotel, but I went there to take a look, and it was filthy. "I wasn't as close to things as Expedia said, but still pretty close. The staff was nice. You can here theough the walls on the new part and it sounded like a ghost. Lol. I would stay here again. Breakfast was okay. "

"Nice hotel to stay close to the city center, but be a bit out of parties areas. Easy to get to the Old Town by public transport or taking a 15-20 minutes stroll. Good that this hotel offers on-site parking by surcharge. Very convenient if you travel by car. Hotel staff was really welcoming. Breakfast is included and is quite good with some local food. Our room was clean and contained quite a lot of amenities like a safe, a minibar etc. Double bed was comfy and provided nice sleep. I would stay...
