"This is not a hotel for a traveler. It’s suited to family vacations in the mountains. No internet access in room, TV didn’t work, no linens, towels toilet paper, etc. Bring your own or pay for use of their linens, towels and hope the market is open for food and other needs. Parking? Yes, but a 200-meter hike with bags. "

WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend"

"The villa sits in the foothills of the Alps and has beautiful views all around it. Nice clean pool which all the children (ages 10 - 17) thoroughly enjoyed and the outdoor cooking area is great (we used this most nights, it was nice to sit outside and eat when it was cooler). The villa has no a/c and no fans were provided.....in temperatures of +95 degrees this made it virtually impossible to sleep, so much so we actually left a day early. "Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out."
