"This is a hidden Gem in Percé - the owners are extremely helpful, the location is central to everything in town and most importantly it's a 30 second walk to the waterfront. The rooms are comfortable, the downstairs kitchen has everything you need for coffee in the morning and there's hot water for days. If you're looking for a home base while you explore Percé I'd highly recommend checking them out."

"This property needs a lot of details fixed to make it nice. There's rust everywhere. In one of the bathrooms, the area in front of the sink is so small i could barely fit up to the sink. The picture of the basketball court is miss leading. The windows in the whole house in general are filthy, which is hilarious because right across the street from the house is a sign that says "got dirty windows" with a number to call. It doesn't have AC and even with the windows ALL open in the house it...
