"The room was very small and the bathroom showers were not wide enough for an adult male over 6'. I'm 6'2" and I had to stand sideways. The bathroom is overall to tight. The toilet area is so narrow, I cut my thigh on the toilet paper holder metal cover as I tried to sit down on the toilet. I had to sit at a 45 degree angle to do my business. The bed was hard and the they tried to mask that with a nicer duvet. All the crevices in the furniture were full of dust. I suspect housekeeping only cleans surfaces and nothing more. I will never stay there again."

"Me and my sons went up to Columbus for a mini spring break getaway and stayed at this hotel. Everything about it was great...the location, the staff, the rooms, the pool, food, all of it. You really can’t beat free soda and popcorn when you’ve got kids with you. The breakfast was really good - many options and same for the 5:30 kickback. My boys kept asking if we could stay the rest of the week just for the hotel. We will be back anytime we visit Columbus."

"No refrigerator as described in the hotel amenities. Just dirty carpet in the spot where it was supposed to be. Called the hotel desk and stated it wasn't supposed to have one. When checking out they said it was supposed to have one. All my yogurts and lunch meat spoiled. "
