"10/10 — My girlfriend and I recently stayed at St. Francis Resort, and it was absolutely beautiful. If you’re looking to truly get away and experience Exuma without the crowds of a typical resort, this is the place. The bungalow-style accommodations sit on a hillside overlooking the ocean, with solar power and rainwater catchment that add to the unique, eco-friendly feel. Just steps away is a pristine beach that we essentially had to ourselves. At times, it genuinely felt like our own private island. You arrive by a quick boat ride from Georgetown to Stocking Island, and the staff is fantastic. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and willing to arrange anything we needed. We chose the all-inclusive option, and the food was excellent. There’s plenty to explore. You can kayak over to Chat ’N’ Chill for fresh conch salad and a souvenir shop, or head up the shore to Coconut Club. Some guests rented their own boats, and St. Francis also has a boatman who can take you wherever you’d like to go. Our room didn’t have a TV, but that turned out to be a positive — we actually unplugged and enjoyed the incredible surroundings. Beautiful, peaceful, unpretentious, and a completely different experience from a conventional resort. Huge thank you to the entire staff for taking such great care of us. We would absolutely come back. 10/10!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful VRBO in Exuma, Bahamas. The location right on the beach was perfect, with breathtaking views, crystal-clear water, and the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. The home was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Waking up each morning just steps from the beach was truly special and the turtles/tropical fish were very beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would gladly come back again. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to relax and experience the beauty of Exuma, we highly recommend this property!"

"We had a great time and the view was gorgeous! We had 11 ladies and never felt cramped at all. This house was very spacious. There were a few minor wear and tear broken things in the house that I reported, and I feel confident they will repair these things. We loved the pool & pool view, and the small beach was beautiful, Getting down to the beach at the last step of the steps leading to the beach, could be a little hard for those with bad knees. We were able to comfortably float in the ocean 4 days of our stay. It was calm most days, like a pool, but a little rougher 2 of our days! This house is close to Pretty Molly Bay and the Tropic of Cancer beach which were also beautiful:) I will say we did not take the Kayaks out. We did not have men with us, so trying to get them down to the beach, and then back up to the house, would have been a heavy, awkward job for us to conquer! We hope to visit again one day to this place of paradise!"

"Wow! What a beautiful place!! We loved every moment. Easy check in and great communication In fact, they go above and beyond for you!! Jack and Kay were amazing. There isn’t anything negative we have to say!! Shipwreck had everything we needed. Coffee k-cups, filtered water, air conditioning, and all the kitchen utensils to kayaks!! Jack and Kay communicated very well and were responsive (within minutes). Kay, thank you so very much . You went above and beyond. We will be back and we will let others know about your place!! Until next time."

"We stayed 5 days at the property. Unfortunately the restaurant on site was not open. You are close to everything. Grocery store and Liquor store across the street. The place is clean and the AC kicks! The boat ride to Coconuts or Baymahni was every hour on the hour right at the dock. They are doing some remodeling and hopefully they are able to open it all up again. Over all we LOVED the room!"

"The house was stunning! The views were incredible, very well stocked kitchen and grill area. The AC worked great in a very hot month! We loved having access to all the kayaks and the house being right on the water just made it the best vacation ever!!!!"

"My husband rented this house for my 50th birthday and surprised me with a couple of our friends! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate this milestone. The house is immaculate. Decorated perfectly. Roomy and spacious. The views were beyond spectacular! The quick response and communication with the owners when needed was above and beyond. The location and setting offered everything we needed for the pool and the beach. And being located closely to grocery stores and restaurants/bars was an added bonus because anytime we needed something it was a quick 5 minute ride. Don’t think twice book this house if it’s available. You’ll have the vacation of your life! And book Gavin for a private chef dinner. It was perfection!"

"Stayed in one of the villas for 4 nights. The villa is well equipped with everything you need. Ate at the restaurant twice, excellent service and the food was good. There is a store as well where you can purchase some goods which is convenient. Pool was clean and the area was very peaceful with a gorgeous view. There is also a private beach that you can walk to (clear path) from your villa. Pristine water and quiet (except for the cicadas singing). There is an elevated cabana which lounge chairs overlooking the beach where you can relax. Would definitely stay here again if Im ever in Long Island. Only downside was the bigs, which is expected. The villa is surround by plenty of trees/plants. Luckily there was bug spray in the villa. So I was able to spray out the villa and that toom care of most of the bugs."
