"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Very nice place. Quiet. Got a good night sleep here. The guy who run this place where also very nice. Only thing is the stairs uppstairs is a litle dangerous for small kids. We put something infront of the stairs so our 2 year old wouldnt fall. If we go back to this part of germany we wil rent it again. "

"The property was very much work in progress the owner had just finished with unit we stayed in but some of the rooms were low ceilings upper floor made us bump ou heads. The driveway was full of work equipment which meant that our car had to parked in the road. No laundry facilities which was a no no."

Wir konnten vorweg ein Bettwäscheset bestellen. Alles hat super geklappt. "As expected, except:Kitchen window towards the entrance can’t be used as people smoke/vape there and it smells up the apartment.Apartment still damp (even with windows open) as heat is turned off.Mentioned about the heat during the first stay, nada response. Complained about shower drain not doing so well. Nada response.On the bright side, no more ant graveyard. However, not sure if those and poison things are still legal in Germany! "Everything excellent, from the accommodation to the hosts. The apartment is exactly as described and has all the necessary amenities. It is in excellent condition and immaculately clean. The location is amazing, with an excellent view. The hosts were unbeatable and I really appreciate their friendliness and availability. A place to come back, without a doubt!"

"Sehr angenehm. Sehr rein und großzügig ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffe, Getränke mit Sprudel Sekt und Wein zur Begrüßung.Tolles Haus auf 2 Ebenen. Sehr sehr groß, fantastische Aussicht, großer Überdachter Balkon, top Ausgestattet von Küche über Bad bis ins Schlafzimmer . Tolle Gastgeber wohnen direkt nebenan. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu Empfehlen."

"Prinzipiell ist es eine sehr kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Wir haben zwei kleine Dinge als Mängel.. Die Frühstücksbrötchen fallen sehr spärlich (winzig) aus. und die Schallschutzmassnahmen, welche nicht vorhanden sind… Aber im großen und ganzen würden wir wieder kommen…"

"This property has to offer one of the most relaxing holidays you could ever hope for. It is ideally situated for visiting The Black Forest, Switzerland and the Alsace Wine Route. The rail and bus connections from Schopfheim are excellent and reasonably priced and the town is friendly and charming. "Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, ziet er allemaal keurig uit, de gastheer is zeer vriendelijk en flexibel. We waren er met 5 personen waaronder 2 kinderen. In de tuin staat zelfs een halfpipe en zijn er twee skateboards aanwezig, erg leuk! Het was helemaal zoals het appartement op de site/app aangeboden staat. Zeker een aanrader om te boeken, voor jong en oud."

"After many hours on the road, we finally arrived at the "Carathotel Basel/Weil am Rhein" and we couldn’t have been more satisfied. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and our room was absolutely perfect. We were given a huge, comfortable bed, and everything was clean and well-prepared. We truly can’t fault a single thing and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. "

"The hotel is very conveniently located, within walking distance to the train station, grocery stores and a discount store. Make sure to walk to Rheinfelden, Switzerland, which is a very nice, underrated town. The breakfast at Hotel Danner was among the best of our 3-week European escapade. The staff at the front desk was excellent, especially the young man whose name I wish I remembered. He gave us very good advice about Basel. I definitely want to go back to Hotel Danner."
