"They have a nice pool. The local staff was very friendly and helpful. The new lady who claimed to be the manager was terrible. She is very good at lying to customers. On our first night, we asked her to find us a taxi because we had a flat tired. She told me that she will let us negotiate with the taxi driver. Then she went behind my back to tell my husband that the taxi will cost us 30.000 Ar. The Air conditioning was not working in our room. They moved us to a different room. There was no hot...

"J'avais réservé du 9 au 19 octobre et payé mais l'hôte ayant prolongé le séjour du locataire précédent.s'est.permi de changer les dates sans me prévenir du 13 au 22..jai du faire plusieurs courriers pour me faire rembourser. "L'hôte ne réponds ni aux appels ni aux messages pendant 48h, donc obligé de se démerder pour trouver en urgence un hôtel à destination en pleine vacances et rempli de vacanciers. Ha oui l'hôte envoi un message 15 minutes avant la remise des clés pour dire que la maison n'est pas disponible (louée sûrement plus cher que sur le site), et ce permet même de nous proposer son bien pour la semaine suivante. Conseil hôte à fuir si vous ne voulez pas vous retrouver en galère de logement. 👎👎👎"
