"The hotel is designed to maximize the number of rooms with an ocean view. We enjoyed the view. But one complaint about the balconies. The barriers between balconies are completely open so no privacy. Other than that, very pleased with the property; will come again."

Harborside Hotel

"Our rooms were clean and spacious, beds very comfortable. The shuttle service to the Harbor was super convenient. Continental breakfast was fine, coffee was pretty good! Really my only complaint had to do with the room keys. Ours demagnetized a few times, and since you need them for the elevator, it was a bit annoying. I do wish the hotel had a pool, but I knew it didn't going in, so that's not a complaint, just a wish. Also the restaurant on site was closed during our stay, so we weren't able to eat at the hotel. Parking was very easy and convenient. Loved that the hotel was right next door to Topgolf! We enjoyed our stay, and are planning to stay there anytime we come down to enjoy National Harbor."

"Resort was nice and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly. Resort was showing signs of age coffee pot in room didn't work elevator north was very slow and run down. Resort restaurants were very good but staff was very slow and never checked on us after food and drinks were served. Both restaurants. I would recommend staying here just needs some improvement."

Crystal Beach Hotel

"Really a nice place. Had top floor room overlooking the beach with balcony, Excellent view. At the end of the boardwalk, so very convenient, but not as noisy. No complaints whatsoever. Staff was extremely nice. One point, parking is extra and not included in Expedia room cost, so you may want to call to check on daily rate. It was reasonable and very secure."

Historic Inns of Annapolis

"We had an amazing stay at the Historic Inns of Annapolis and would absolutely stay here again. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff was incredible. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. One thing that really stood out was that they allowed us to keep our car with valet service until 2:00 p.m. on the day we checked out so we could spend a little more time exploring Annapolis before heading to the airport. That extra accommodation made a huge difference and was very much appreciated. The grounds and buildings are beautiful, and the historic charm throughout the property is amazing. Our room was comfortable, clean, and exactly what we hoped for in a historic inn. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower/tub area was very small. I'm not even 5 feet tall and barely 100 pounds, and it felt pretty cramped even for me. That said, it certainly wasn't enough to take away from an otherwise excellent stay. The bar was fantastic, and the bartender was awesome. I wish I could remember his name because he made the best chocolate martini I've ever had. While chatting with us, he even gave us a little tour of some of the downstairs historic lobby areas, which was such a nice touch and made us appreciate the property's history even more. Overall, everything was wonderful. Beautiful property, great staff, excellent service, and a perfect location. We'd absolutely stay here again and do it all over in a heartbeat."
