"Communication with staff is very poor. Place Senegal location close to stores however accessing the building itself with no on-site reception was difficult. Staff also assigned beds to multiple people and we’re unavailable to communicate with except through WhatsApp kitchen is hardly a kitchen, no stove tops."

Essential kitchen equipment, such as a simple frying pan, is missing. During the night, a mouse came into the kitchen and tried to eat our supplies. The rustling kept us awake...
