"The Look and Feel of The Siren is so different then other hotels we have been to. It was a great experience to stay and enjoy Downtown Detroit and feel immersed into what makes Detroit Detroit. The cafe offerings tasted great. If we had more time we would have visited the Candy Bar (Jazz Bar) or the wine room (Snacks and Wine). But no complaints after our stay. Staff was super friendly at check in. Valet service - while expensive - was accommodating in figuring out how to pay without a phone number (as the app expects a phone number)"

"Clean "

"Went to check in only to find one person working and a line of people complaining that rooms were not cleaned before checking in new guests. Was told to come back around 4 when check in was at 3. The waterpark was great! But was told it was only open until 9 and would be closed the next day. We had no remotes for either tv in the room and didn't have control over the air/heat in the room. Only 1 elevator worked. No breakfast options. Nothing was open like the Snack Shop or restaurant in the hotel. Overall disappointment and won't be back. "

"Staff were amazing, room was nice and clean, the shuttle bus driver was so friendly and I appreciated that there was one to the arena. The only thing I wish is that the restaurants served food later, we couldn’t get a bite to eat back at the hotel after the game. I’ll definitely go back! "

"I arrived late front desk clerk assured that i can check in and i advised i have another reservation for the next day asked if i can combind the dates he said no problem clerk was very proficent and prompt."

"Room was very clean, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Pool area could use a really good clean other then that I had a wonderful stay."
