"We were greeted with a smile. The staff very accommodated and professional. Easy access to the hotel from Detroit Metro airport. The complimentary shuttle was awesome also the complimentary breakfast with very good. The beds were comfortable, maid service was awesome."

"Everything was great. The only thing we didn’t like is where the bathroom door was located. Wished it was located outside the sink area not between the sink and toilet/shower area. Everything else was great. "

"This hotel is located close enough to Ann Arbor and the University to have access as needed. The hotel was a little older in some areas but clearly renovated in others. Front desk was kind enough to move us from an older room to one of the newer ones when the AC wasn't as strong as we wanted. We were grateful for the adjustment and care."

"The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The lake view and beach access are fantastic. We would have loved to have used our awesome lake view balcony, unfortunately it was covered in webs and spiders and dead bugs. The railings, the outdoor furniture, the lights, the walls. We took an inside chair outside to sit in and lasted 5 minutes before a spider was dangling in front of us. That was a huge disappointment. "
