El hotel está enclavado en un lugar magnífico, pero es lo único que puedo destacar como positivo y está dado por la naturaleza. Todo, absolutamente todo el resto olvidable cuando no literalmente desastroso. La atención: pésima. Llegamos en la noche y no fueron capaces de ayudarnos con ls valijas. "Great hotel at perfect location - Bus is right across , less then 2 minutes walk to bus station to go to falls , airport , Brazil . Rooms are modern and clean . Falls bus is every 15 minutes and airport bus is every one hour. Lot of places to eat in the area and very safe at night "

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was recently remodeled and was tastefully done. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were very helpful with suggestions for local activities. The breakfast was plentiful, including fresh fruit and baked goods. We weren't overly thrilled with the lunch we had in the restaurant, but dinner was outstanding!"

"The hotel is located within the Iguacu Falls National Park, which allows us the freedom to visit the falls more than once and when the weather was more favourable (it had been raining non stop for the past 3 days). As taxis a and private hire cars are unable to enter the park, the hotel provides a shuttle service to ferry their guests from the National Park entrance to the hotel (11km distance, 20-minute journey). The hotel staff was wonderful, from reception staff to housekeeping to the wait...
