"O hotel me surpreendeu. Impressionante como os argentinos são preparados para receberem bem. Os funcionários têm uma elegância diferenciada, o que faz com que o hotel seja melhor do que os de mesmo nível no Brasil. As instalações são boas, tem piscina, academia, recreação, sauna, SPA e tudo muito pertinho, o que torna seguro de as crianças circularem para brincar. O quarto tem um tamanho ótimo. O ambiente é calmo, mesmo sendo um hotel médio para grande. As refeições são boas. O ruim é passar a fronteira, razão pela qual esse hotel somente será adequado se a pessoa deseja ficar na Argentina e não passar todo dia para o Brasil. No nosso caso a gente quis ter a experiência de ficar em Puerto Iguazu, almoçarmos nos restaurantes de lá e adoramos!"

"The hotel itself was beautiful in our eyes, its rustic with the confort of a good hotel, meaning your are experiencing the jungle feel with a comfortable bed with air-conditioning, and good amenities, the breakfast was also great, didn't try the restaurant food, only had a not so good cordero sandwich that if the bread was better quality and not falling apart would make it a bit better. Other than that I would recommend if you're looking for tranquility surrounding in fauna and flora. there's easy transportation to the 6 minute ride to the city, for lots of shops and restaurants options. Obviously the star of the show was the incredible Iguazu water falls about 15 plus minutes car ride away. We ended up extended our stay one more day cause our flight was leaving at 9pm, an was able to rest and enjoy the amenities a bit more; well worth it. "

"We loved this lodge! It was clear we were in the jungle (it was right out our balcony) and had a true Lodge feel while being modern and with amenities. The breakfast was amazing! At check in, the staff helped is purchase our tickets to the falls, which was very helpful. We were able to change and go off to see the falls before the room was available. We also could wait on the property after we checked out and did our day's activity. It was perfect and reasonably priced! We'd stay again!"

"Exceptional service from staff. Arrived early and offered breakfast voucher before check in which was much appreciated. Had complementary wine tasting each evening in the foyer. Clean/modern facilities. Breakfast buffet offerings were plentiful. One issue: we had issues with hot water on first night but staff sent maintenance to address the issue and was resolved about an hour later. The next night the water was Luke warm around 6 pm after returning from hikes and was told by maintenance that it was just because many people were showering/nothing to do but wait. We waited about an hour and water was hot again. Despite this issue, still rating it a 5 because of the excellent courteous staff at the facility that honestly went above and beyond on many occasions. The place fyi is not walkable to P. Iguazú city center but easily accessible by taxi. "

"This hotel was the perfect place to relax after visiting the falls. The pool is amazing and there is a large breakfast buffet included. The staff was so welcoming and helpful, especially Lucas. Rooms are big, clean and comfortable and you can leave your bags and use the facilities after checking out. This is a great hotel for families."
