"The staff was friendly and tended to our concerns promptly. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Biggest one was that as of about midnight, we had no water. When I reported it in the morning, they fixed it right away. Minor issue was the TV remote power button didn’t work. They give you one bath towel per guest. "The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, carriage rides, and Granada's main park, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful city. The property is lovely and has a very peaceful atmosphere; the room and bathroom were spacious,ac and clean rooms ,there was a fantastic pool for the kids, and the staff were incredibly friendly.
