"The beach was nice and quiet but the view from the pool is obstructed by an unsightly plastic massage tent. The rooms are a great size with comfy beds... pillows could be a lot better. It is a shame that the fridge in the room is not replenished daily like other 5 star hotels. The AI cocktails are awful as they use lemon squash instead of freshly squeezed lemons or limes. The hotel looks like a 5 star but sadly operates as a 3-4 star hotel, so if you lower your expectations you will have a great stay."

"Our stay at Lordos Beach Hotel was truly a blessing during a very stressful situation. We had to leave a VRBO property unexpectedly due to a serious mold issue and needed a safe, clean place immediately — and this hotel delivered exactly that and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. You could immediately feel the level of care and professionalism, which meant so much to us given the circumstances. The room was spotless, comfortable, and gave us the peace of mind we desperately needed. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was, as our medical service dogs were welcomed without hesitation. That level of understanding and hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated. Everything from the cleanliness to the service exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, due to the urgency of our situation and the short nature of our stay, we did not have the opportunity to experience the spa — which we would have loved to enjoy — but it looked beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, Lordos Beach Hotel turned a difficult situation into a comfortable and safe experience for us. We are very grateful and would absolutely return under better circumstances to fully enjoy everything the property has to offer."

"My room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very friendly and willing to help if there was any problems. I have stayed in this hotel twice before, as it is very convenient for being in the centre of town. When I go back | will stay there again."

"Loved it here! There is good WiFi with unrestricted devices. Staff are absolutely the best - especially adults pool bar - Stavros and team. Even provided a menu in larger print. Hahaha- good communication- deffo returning . Didn’t try the lazy river - next time."

"Fantastic friendly start, hotel was clean and tidy. A little dated in parts but good amenities. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the main promenade where all the restaurants and bars are, but a nice walk. Would definitely recommend "
