"It is an ideal location. It used to be a much nicer experience but the ownership has changed and it is a bit more run down, the food is less tasty and there is just a bit more wear and tear on the property. Some of the staff no longer speak English well, which was a problem for me with regard to communication. I had also had colleagues leave me an item and I had been sent a photo. The staff could not find it and I had to use the time stamp on the photo for the staff to call the person who was working that shift to eventually get the item - several hours later. The staff are, however, pleasant and the location is excellent."
