"Being an avid traveller I often look for a stay outside the mainstream. This is one of them, and it's very good. Wintertime it's low key and peaceful but in the summer it's buzzing. Hotel and restaurant sits right on the water! There are only 10 rooms with a relaxing common area equipped with coffee and the by desire, so it's cozy. Easy check-in even late hours. "Went to Sundsvall for a family reunion and the hotel was in the perfect location downtown. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was excellent. I heard spa was nice but never made it there. Self Parking was easy. I would definitely stay there again. "
