I fell in love with the hotel, the island, its people, the staff. Truly beautiful and lively experience. Particularly at night when all the tourists were mostly gone it felt like just for a moment I was at home. This experienced truly ignited a spark in me to take a leap and finally transition back to where my ancestors were born in France and Spain. "A lovely boutique style hotel within a short walk of all the sights Bayeux has to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable, with views of the cathedral. Aircon was excellent. Shower a bit tight but not a problem. The staff were superb, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Johnny and Mathieu for their help with the new, simple (!!!???) toll free motorway charges. Chaotic!!! Mathieu sent us to his Tabac ami who sorted our problem. Brits beware!! All's well that end well. "
