Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. "We enjoyed our stay at the best western in Olsztyn! We were there for four nights and the hotel is in a convenient spot close to the old town and different restaurants. The air conditioning in our room did not always work well, but luckily the temperature was cool while we were there and we could just open the windows. "Nachdem das Appartement gebucht war, wurde ich schnell vom Vermieter kontaktiert und wurde mit allen wichtigen Informationen per WhatsApp versorgt. Auch telefonisch war er vor Beginn der Reise schnell erreichbar! Umgebung ist ein traumhaftes Dörfchen mit Geschichte und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in einer halben Autostunde erreicht! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Urlaubswoche in Polen erlebt! Wirklich empfehlenswert! Top!"
