On our 3 face-to-face interactions with her, she offered to take our family photos, take out the trash, and she even flagged down a cab for my parents on their last day so that they could catch their flight in time. "Beautifully designed, well appointed, thoughtfully presented, and absolutely gorgeous space. It was an excellent stay! The instructions were clear, the staff helpful and friendly. It was on a quiet street and still close enough to the main sites of Kanazawa that you could walk to anything in about 20 minutes, or take the bus on the bus loop from the nearby stop. Would definitely stay here again."

"The location is wonderful, at the side of a beautiful river and in a walking distance to the famous historic streets where you can hang out in the beautiful tranditional houses and shops. The property is new, modern and comfortable though it looks old and traditional from outside. The staff is thoughtful, keep sending you detailed information on check in, transportation, stay etc. Overall, a pleasant stay in Kazueya, thank you."

"This charming apartment is within walking distance of many attractions and an easy bus ride to others. We loved everything about it except for the steep stairs that lead to the second floor sleeping area. There isn't a bathroom on this floor so it can feel a bit treacherous using the bathroom in the middle of the night. "

"Stayed for three nights and wished we had booked longer. The best place we stayed in Japan. Room was spacious lots of room for a family of four. Staff was helpful and fridge was stocked with water and drinks. Great view. Location was perfect. Would stay again."

"This hotel was a great 1 night stay for us, it’s close to the market and shopping strip and a bus ride away from the station, castle and gardens. The room was clean and comfortable and even had a massage pillow which was a nice to use after a long day of travel. Easy to check in and out and also able to hold our luggage after check out for a few hours whilst we got some breakfast before our train ride. "

"The hotel overall was very good. We booked it via Expedia for 3 adults and one15 yrs old, but it was appare fly a triple room so they charged us for an extra adult even though there was not really sleep space for 4 people. I’m not sure if the confusion was at the Expedia website or the property but they should either change the children definition age or at least warn tourists about it. "
