"Not a good experience. Very untrained staff who lacks basics of hotel management. Lot of shouting, jumping and other noises coming in the room. It was staff members who were doing all that. Very poor room service, you need to call multiple times to get single thing. Also, they make a lot of mistakes in preparing bills as well. "

"Firstly after getting a confirmation and payment due at check in, I get a call the previous day to say pay 50%. After telling them that payment due at resort then they say pay 30/40% all on WhatsApp messages or else there won’t be a room available. Thinking it was a scam I didn’t make any payment in advance.
