"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"It was a lovely little gite, in a nice peaceful area, with beautiful scenery. Situated close enough to Chateabriant to be convenient for sightseeing/shopping/meals out, but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The host, Melanie, literally could not do enough for us. She was incredibly friendly, informative, gave us good recommendations for places to eat, even did our washing for us! "Out of 5 hotels I've stayed at in France on this trip, this is the most "hotel-like" of what we stayed in. The room smelled like a hotel room, in the best way. The bathroom had a tub (although it still wasn't fully enclosed). Everything was clean and nice. You can make coffee and tea in your room; there were robes, which my daughter loves after her showers; and I loved having the water refill station in the lobby. The only negative thing was carrying our suitcases up the stairs to enter the hotel hahaha. I would definitely stay here again. "
