Hotels with Connecting Rooms in Penang

Wonderful ambiance Amazing staff

Superb hotel. Brilliantly located. Fabulous manager/owner

The check-in staff were not very friendly but all other staff were excellent. The breakfast is superb, the lunch and dinner menu is great. The pool is okay but lacks atmosphere as there is no service up there.

Enjoyable

Room was a bit worn despite the hotel being very modern overall. Cleanliness could have been better (small blood stains on sheets missed) and under the bed was not cleaned. Breakfast was not well planned with staff unable to keep up with demand. Despite all this I do consider it good value.

Amazing historical hotel. It's a charming old Chinese house with gardens and superb decoration... Breakfast was great and hotel staff were always ready to help. It's a place were you would like to spend many days, even weeks

A little worn

Everything was fine except checkout at the reception. It was early morning of Saturday and we noticed the receptionists were busy in their work until forgotten to wish a good farewell to customers. Different from other hotels that had better hospitality. An area to be enhanced. Additional note: parking facility is impressive.

OMG one of the best hotel we ever stayed in . We have been to over 30 counties and I can say that Lone Pine would be in our top 5 . All the staff and I mean all the staff always had a smile for me and my second wife . I just wish we could have stayed longer than 6 nights . I am really really going miss this hotel and I know we will be back sooner than later . Again thank you so much to all at the Lone Pine . Stay safe and well and we shall see each other again .
