"This appart-hotel is about a ten minute walk to the centre of Angouleme and the comic strip museum is nearby. The rooms are clean with a kitchenette and a shower room. Breakfast is reasonable for under 10 euros. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Altogether a good stay. "

"The photos do not do this property justice. Its a lovely large secluded house in the middle of sunflower fields. The owners live next door and were on hand for anything we might need, but we didn't see or hear them unless we needed to. They were the perfect hosts. It was a great location for our extended family getaway. The pool was perfect and provided good shade for the children. "Mr. Antoine gave us a full tour of the entire place emphasizing on the cleanliness of everything, even, moving couches and beds for us to check the cleanliness. The place is spotless and pretty modern. They invited us for l'apperot after the tour. This rental has everything that one would need for a nice romantic couple's getaways. "We had a wonderful autumn holiday in this villa. Mahil received us very kindly and the house was fully equipped. (Towels, bed linen,, hairdryer, dishwasher tablets etc). The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds comfortable and a good shower in the bathroom. There was plenty of things to keep you entertain in the garden too. "The owner was nice but the accommodation was not clean enough and offered no privacy - with the large windows looking on to the owners house and compound where the their American Pit Bull Terrier has free range. Three nights booked but we arrived late and left early the next day."

"Good rental and position. We parked in front of the house ( and not to the right hand side as instructed) but even just backing out the car was a tricky business. It would perhaps be helpful for future guests if there was a fence or rope to restrict access. The neighbours were helpful in pushing our car!"

"We had a very relaxing stay and loved the gardens and surrounding area. The house is lovely - the bedroom separated from the house is very hot and was a little dirty but that’s partly because of the bear stone. Communication was very good leading up to the stay - a couple of minor delays with responses when at the property but overall good. We would definitely go back "
