I called from a different number and he stated he had sent me a text, which he had not, stating that the property was not yet rentable as the renovation had been more complicated than expected. I am still waiting for my refund. Do not book this property unless you want the hassle of finding something else on your day of arrival."

"This house is perfect! The two bedrooms are convenient to separate baths and the hot tub is a nice touch. Limited steps made it usable for someone that requires a walker. There is also a fair amount of restaurants within walking distance. We will not hesitate to stay here again."
