"I arrived driving rented car late from Lawica airport. Gate security was awake and instructed me where to go. I parked, walked in hotel, checked in and went to sleep. Night front desk attendant was polite and very helpful. Morning front desk attendant was very nice, and helpful. I told her I was very thirsty and she ordered right away two bottles of water for me before I checked out. This was my first time ever in Poland. Thank you very much. Greetings from the U.S.A."

"Hampton by Hilton maintains its brand reputation and standard. This hotel is exceptionally pleasant. Very new, clean and comfortable bed. There is a nice restaurant next door serving polish cuisine. The hotel is located a bit further out from central Poznan but is easy enough to get into Poznan by car."

"The room and furniture is in a state where it's ready for replacement. The hotel offerd a free drink for gold members of hotel.com this was a vodka orange juice or appel juice. At arrival I was shown where the breakfast was. As I was sure I had paid for this it was a good information. But the hotel have now after 4 days contacted me and want payment for it. I was not informed about it at arrival or when I told my room number to breakfast or when departing. And the breakfast was so bad eggs...
