"We rented 3 rooms for our party of 6 for a Christmas Ski trip, and I couldn’t have been happier with the service and friendliness of all the staff. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Extremely close to the slopes, a wonderful bar with great food just a small walk away. Very nice spa for really cheap. They also served amazing dinners for really cheap as well. "The hype on this place is mainly because of the beautyness of the villa, the park and maybe the friendlyness the front desk and waitresses. Your rooms will be in the new annex with excellent beds (matress). Bathrooms are in really worn condition. AC seems to be from 1990 (has problems to make cold if outside is 40°C and mould!!) I've seen better value for ca.100€/night rooms. Breakfast usual italian fair, fresh cornetto would be nice than the industry chocolate warm-ups. Don't misunderstand:...
