"This is a good hotel if you're flying out early the next day, as we were. The rooms are larger than we typically found in Italy and the beds were clean and comfortable. There was a little bit of soap scum/mold in a corner of the shower, which kept me from giving it a higher rating. Nothing terrible, but a little detail that was missed.
There is a shuttle to the airport (5 euros/person) which was prompt and efficient. The breakfast buffet (12 euros/person) was average. I opted for a pastry and cappucino (4,5 euros).
We opted to eat down the street at Samarcanda, which was a hidden gem. It's a short walk and you might want to get a reservation as it does get crowded. Food there was surprisingly good, especially for the price."
